Refund policy

 

  • We will gladly accept your return for an exchange or store credit with tags attached AND in original condition within 10 days. NO REFUNDS, store credit only. 
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping fees to return items. We do not refund shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns. If possible, email us at littlemagnoliatupelo@gmail.com with a tracking number so we know when to expect your return, this should be done before the 10-day window. Meaning, the item must be back in hand to us within 10 days of purchase. To return your product, you should return it to Little Magnolia in person or by mail, our return address is below.
